It is the last day of the 188th Ordinary General Chapter, 2025. The day commenced with morning prayers at 07:30 am.

The penultimate day of the 188th Ordinary General Chapter was marked by a deep spirit of prayer and discernment.

The day began as usual with a Eucharistic celebration at 7:30 in the second-floor chapel of the International College of St. Monica.

The day commenced with the celebration of the Holy Mass of the Feast of our Lady of Sorrows, presided over by p. Victor Fernandez Santos

The Ordinary General Chapter of the Order of Saint Augustine concluded its second week of deliberations with renewed commitment and fraternal spirit.

The day began with Mass, presided over by Fr Marcel Holzheimer OSA, representing the Prior Provicial of the Province of Germany.

The day commenced with the celebration of the Holy Mass and Lauds at 7:30 am, presided over by P. Gabriele Pedicino, prior provincial of Italy.

The Capitular friars commenced the ninth day of their Ordinary General Chapter by celebrating the feast of St. Nicholas of Tolentine.

We began the day with Mass, presided over by Fr Jose Marcelo Sepulveda OSA, the delegate from Bolivia

Following the Sunday rest in which the chapter members also participated in the canonization of Saints Carlo Acutis and Pier Giorgio Frassati at Saint Peter’s Square

On this sixth day, Saturday, 6th September 2025, the 188th Ordinary General Chapter of the Order of Saint Augustine convened in Rome, continuing its significant deliberations.

We began the day with Holy Mass presided over by Fr. Javier Barba, OSA who in his homily invited us to reflect on the power of one’s gaze

Today, the fourth day of the Chapter, began with the celebration of the Holy Mass (in Spanish) of the Feast of our Lady of Consolation.

The third day of the Ordinary General Chapter commenced with a meaningful Mass at 7:30, presided over by Fr. Michael Bielecke, OSA

The activities of the 2nd of September began with a Eucharistic celebration which was presided over by the Prior General, Fr. Alejandro Moral Anton OSA

On this day, the Ordinary General Chapter of the Order of St. Augustine was inaugurated with the opening mass presided by the Holy Father, Pope Leo XIV
