Secretary General
The Secretary General plays a central role in ensuring the transparency and continuity of the Order’s administration. As the official ecclesiastical notary, he is responsible for the proper record‑keeping and authentication of the Order’s ecclesiastical affairs. He attends all sessions of the General Council, where he faithfully records discussions and decisions in the official Book of the Acts, and he supports the Prior General by managing correspondence and maintaining the Order’s official registers and documentation.

Economo General
Under the direction of the Prior General and his Council, the Treasurer General takes care of the administration of the temporal goods of the Order in accord with its Constitutions, looking after the needs of the curia and promoting the finances of the Order.

The procurator general is responsible for preparing and carrying out all business of the Order with the Holy See except those things that pertain to the Postulator General.
