Dear brothers and sisters,
On behalf of all of us at the Augustinian General Curia in Rome, we wish you a very happy Solemnity of Saint Joseph, Protector of the Order. As we celebrate this great feast, we want to assure you of our prayers for you and for your ministries.
We ask St. Joseph to bless our families, our Augustinian communities throughout the world, and all of the people with whom we minister.
We pray for peace in our world plagued with war and divisions: through the intercession of St. Joseph, let us work for peace in our families, our cities, our countries, and our world.
As St Joseph protected Mary and Jesus throughout their life together as a family, we ask him to protect and guide us.
In your personal and communual prayers pray today on this feast of St Joseph, let us pray for each other and our fragile world.
May God bless you all.
With fraternal greetings,
Rev. Fr. Joseph Farrell, OSA
Prior General, Order of Saint Augustine
